So Purple Medical brings the two together. Dedicated family doctors and select walk-in availability sit alongside the pharmacy in one space on Logan Ave. You can see a doctor and fill the prescription they just wrote without leaving the building. The easiest way is to click “Book An Appointment” right here on the website. You can also call us directly at either location. If you are a patient looking for your walk-in appointment, please call in advance to inquire about availability as appointments are limited.

Our medical clinic accepts BC MSP, ICBC, and WCB. Coverage from other provinces may be accepted depending on the situation.

Our pharmacy offers direct billing to BC Pharmacare and most private insurance plans. Simply bring your care card and any supplemental insurance information, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you’re unsure about your coverage, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Yes — and it’s simpler than you might expect. In BC, pharmacists can renew most prescriptions without a doctor’s visit. In many cases, while regular check-ins with your provider are still recommended, we can help when you can’t get an appointment or need a refill quickly.

Just call or visit either pharmacy location with your prescription details — no appointment needed.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early with your BC Care Card / photo ID, and check in with our reception team. If any forms or consents are required before your appointment, our staff will guide you through them.
During your visit, you’ll meet with an experienced medical provider who will assess your concerns and provide appropriate care.

Yes, we offer telehealth for eligible patients. If a prescription is issued during your appointment, we can arrange convenient home delivery through our pharmacy.
